We're on a mission to help you reach your peak

Your health and fitness data deserves better

If you're reading this, you've probably been where we were: staring at five different apps, trying to figure out why today's run felt like garbage, or why your training and body have felt "off" without ever feeling like you have the time to figure it all out. Unfortunately, most of us aren't professional athletes who can devote every second to training.

As former D1 athletes, everything was structured down to the rep, our recovery was monitored, and our coaches told us exactly what to do and when. Running, lifting, nutrition, physio, recovery, it all had a plan and a purpose.

Then we graduated, and that structure disappeared overnight.

We still trained. We still tracked and logged everything. Like many others, we were suddenly drowning in data options from a dozen different apps and devices. One app for sleep and recovery, one for nutrition, one for running, one for cross-training, one for lifting, one for physical therapy, and the list goes on. None of them connected the dots, and none of them told us what actually mattered most to us.

We tried everything. We read the literature, bought the wearables, and downloaded apps. The more tools we added, the more chaotic our mental picture became. Coupled with juggling full-time careers as engineers and a life that doesn't revolve around training, we needed a better way to manage our health.

So we built Zenith, the app we wished we had from day 1. One place to see how your training, sleep, and recovery connect. One place that takes the data you're already collecting and turns it into something you can use. Where you can get actionable insights, optimize your fitness and wellness, and look back at your entire training history to see just how far you've come.

While your dashboard is fully personalized, training doesn't have to be done in isolation. Share your journey with friends, compete on leaderboards when you need that extra push, and lean on your community on the days you need to recover. Fitness is personal, but it shouldn't feel lonely.

Whether you're a former athlete trying to stay sharp, a weekend warrior chasing new heights, or someone just getting started, Zenith is built to meet you where you are and help you reach your peak.
